►Reservation Regulations
Guest must present their authentic ID and passport (and coupons if necessary) upon checking in for registration. (If you are not one of the guests staying here, please provide the information of the guest that is staying while making a reservation)
Check-in time: 15:00~18:00. Please follow the hotel’s regulation while checking in; if you are unable to check-in within the time regulated, please contact the hotel to preserve your room, otherwise the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation without refund; the room will then be available to other customers. Check-out time: before 12:00. Delayed check-out will be charged NT$/hour.
►Cancelation Policy
Cancelation on the check-in day will result in a 100% fee of the total price.
Cancelation 1 days before (not including the check-in day, Saturday, Sunday, and consecutive holidays) will result in a 80% fee of the total price.
Cancelation 2-3 days before (not including the check-in day, Saturday, Sunday, and consecutive holidays) will result in a 70% fee of the total price.
Cancelation 4-6 days before (not including the check-in day, Saturday, Sunday, and consecutive holidays) will result in a 60% fee of the total price.
Cancelation 7-9 days before (not including the check-in day, Saturday, Sunday, and consecutive holidays) will result in a 50% fee of the total price.
Cancelation 10-13 days before (not including the check-in day, Saturday, Sunday, and consecutive holidays) will result in a 30% fee of the total price.
For guests who agree to the cancel before they set out, if any other extra fee should occur that is higher than the above mentioned, payment will be based on the actual fee occurred.
►Alteration Policy
Work hours are 9:00~17:00 from Monday to Friday
Alteration can be made after a successful reservation to 7 days before checking in (not including the check-in day, Saturday, Sunday, and consecutive holidays); the check-in date can be changed but the hotel and the guest’s name are not allowed to be changed.
Each reservation can only be changed once; no cancelation will be accepted after changing.
Payment must be met if the price after alteration is higher than the original price.
No refund if the price after alteration is lower than the original price.
